When will payments be made?

When a credit card transaction occurs, the balance (less transaction fees) can be transmitted to the banking account you specify via automated clearing house (electronically) or, if you prefer, sent via regular mail.
- Electronic transmittal occurs on a semi-monthly basis, so long as the accrued balance (the amount we owe you) is greater than $60.00.
- Balances sent via regular mail occur on a monthly basis, so long as the accrued balance (the amount we owe you) is greater than $60.00.

What is an Instructor Code?

Your instructor code can be used by your students during initial account registration to circumvent the initial inconvenience of the normal approval process.

What is the approval process?

As a security measure, snosseL.com requires instructors to approve initial account registrations to their service. The approval process provides students and instructors an introduction and opportunity to get to know one another before a potential student reserves a valuable time commitment from an instructor.

What are commitments and availabilities?

"Commitments" are lesson availabilities that have been created by the instructor and registered for by a student (or students) -- the instructor therefore has a "commitment" to teaching the lesson.
"Availabilities" are lesson availabilities that have been created by the instructor but remain unregistered for -- they are therefore "available".

What is snosseL's Return/Refund Policy?
